In the winter of 1985 I was bored, so I decided to take a real estate course at Fairfield University. 29 years later I'm still in the business doing sales and rentals for Berkshire Hathaway Home Services (formerly Prudential). As a 55 year Fairfield resident, I'm certainly familiar with the market. Right now interest rates are still relatively low and prices are stable. Our new company has the largest relocation network, and the technology is awesome. If you're buying, selling, or renting, please give me a call.
For over 50 years, I've been playing piano in the Fairfield area performing in local bands and doing solo performances. My late wife was always a "band widow" who stayed home on Saturday nights while I was out working with the band. Over the years we played for weddings, bar mitzvahs, dance clubs, and other occasions. Some years we would play close to 100 jobs, and we always had a great time. At the moment I've given up most of the band work since my regular sidemen have either retired or expired, but I'm still doing a lot of solo work with a keyboard that sounds like a complete band. If you're having a party, just give me a call.

So very sad to hear that Jane died. She graced my classroom in assisting a deaf student. She was always so enthusiastically engaged and helpful.
